QQ88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1General Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "QQ88" / "We" / "Platform" – refers to the website qq88-vip.net, its operating company, officers, employees, agents, and all related entities.
• "Member" / "You" / "User" – refers to any individual who registers for and uses QQ88's services.
• "Account" – a personal account opened by a member on the QQ88 platform to access and use all available services.
• "Account Balance" – the total funds in a member's account at any given time, excluding any bonus amounts that have yet to meet the rollover requirements.
• "Bonus" – any credit, reward, cashback, or complimentary incentive granted by QQ88 to members as part of an ongoing promotion.
• "Rollover" / "Turnover" – the minimum wagering amount a member must reach before any bonus or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bet" – any wager or game placed by a member using their account balance on the QQ88 platform.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use QQ88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. QQ88 conducts age verification during registration and reserves the right to request identification documents for verification purposes. Any account found to be owned by a minor will be closed immediately and all remaining balances will be forfeited.

2.2 Location

The QQ88 platform is intended for use in Malaysia. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Single Account Limit

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at QQ88. This includes one account per individual, per IP address, per residential address, and per payment method. Opening multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits or abuse promotions is strictly prohibited.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

When registering with QQ88, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information. This includes your full name, identity card number, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. QQ88 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. QQ88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

QQ88 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with international industry standards. When requested, you are required to submit a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of address, and payment method details within 7 business days. Failure to comply with a KYC request may result in temporary account suspension or closure.

4Deposit & Payment

QQ88 supports a range of secure and trusted Malaysian digital payment methods.

4.1 General Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. QQ88 does not accept third-party deposits.
• QQ88 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
• QQ88 reserves the right to decline or freeze any suspicious deposit or one whose source cannot be verified, pending investigation.

5Withdrawal

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per application.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit (unless otherwise approved by QQ88 management in special circumstances).
• The payment method used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your QQ88 account.
• All bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be processed.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

QQ88 processes withdrawals within 5–15 minutes once the application has been verified. In exceptional circumstances such as security checks or KYC requirements, processing may take up to 24 working hours.

5.3 Bonus Withdrawal

6Bonus & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by QQ88 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another member or redeemed directly for cash.
• QQ88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus obtained through unfair means or in violation of the rules.
• Any rollover requirements not fulfilled within the bonus validity period will result in the bonus balance expiring automatically.
• Placing simultaneous opposing bets (e.g. wagering on both outcomes of the same event) for the purpose of fulfilling rollover requirements is prohibited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

QQ88 takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes, but is not limited to: opening duplicate accounts, using automated software (bots), coordinating bets across multiple accounts, and manipulating gameplay. Accounts found to be involved in bonus abuse will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

7Betting Rules

7.1 General Rules

All bets placed on QQ88 are final once confirmed by the system, unless a proven technical error has occurred. Members may not cancel any bet that has already been confirmed.

7.2 Sports Betting

The following additional rules apply to the football and other Sports Betting sections on QQ88:

• Official rulings from the relevant governing body (FAM for the Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA, etc.) are final.
• In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, QQ88 will apply standard industry guidelines to determine whether bets will be settled or refunded.
• In-play betting is subject to availability and current odds — there is no guarantee that all markets will be available at all times.
• Any material error in odds setting will be considered void and the affected bets will be cancelled with a full refund.

7.3 Live Casino Games

For live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and others), the dealer's decision is final. Should a technical disruption occur during an active round, that round will be voided and all wagers will be fully refunded to the member's account.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the QQ88 platform:

• Registering or using an account for purposes other than personal entertainment – including for commercial gain without QQ88's written consent.
• Using third-party software, automated bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or technical loopholes on the QQ88 platform for personal gain.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage QQ88's systems and infrastructure.
• Fraud, falsification of identity information, or the use of unauthorised or third-party payment methods.
• Money laundering or any other financial activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.
• Distributing content that is seditious, offensive, or in violation of Malaysian law on the QQ88 platform.

9Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by Member

You may close your QQ88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (once rollover requirements are met) will be processed for withdrawal. Any active bonus that has not met its rollover requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by QQ88

QQ88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any of these terms and conditions exists.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is detected or suspected.
• A member deposits funds using an unauthorised payment method or one belonging to a third party.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.
• QQ88 is directed to do so by the relevant authorities.

10Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QQ88 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the QQ88 platform.
• Platform disruptions, delays, or unavailability caused by circumstances beyond QQ88's reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or government directives.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Game outcomes arising from a member's misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the game rules.

QQ88's total liability to you, under any circumstances, shall not exceed your net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the QQ88 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphic designs, text, software, images, videos, and audio materials — is the exclusive property of QQ88 or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, republish, download, display, transmit, or exploit any QQ88 content without prior written consent from QQ88 management. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

12Responsible Gaming

QQ88 takes its commitment to responsible gaming very seriously. We provide a range of tools to help members play within healthy limits:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits – You may set this limit at any time via your account page. Increases to the limit are subject to a 7 working-day waiting period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion – You may apply for a break from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to make any deposits or place any bets.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion – For more serious cases, you may apply for a permanent self-exclusion, which will close your account on a permanent basis. This action cannot be reversed.

13Dispute Resolution

14Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under QQ88's operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through internal negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules set by the relevant regulatory authority.

Should any part of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by a competent court or tribunal, that part shall be deemed severed from this document while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
